Shipping and Delivery


At Emotion, we aim to get your streetwear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from the United States.


Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee that your package will be delivered within 30 calendar days from the date your order is placed (excluding holidays and extreme weather events beyond our control).


If your order has not been delivered within 30 days and tracking shows it is still in transit (or has not been scanned as delivered), you may request a full refund of the order total (including shipping). To request this:



  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

  • We will verify the status with the carrier.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Important Notes



  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or unforeseen events (weather, strikes, customs delays for international orders).

  • Once the package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, it is considered delivered. Missing packages after delivery should be reported to the carrier.

  • We include tracking on every order and recommend checking the status regularly.
